Recently purchased an office chair from the Chicopee Staples. Matt was super helpful with my selection and explaining the options for assembly and warranty information. He made sure I got what I needed, assembled my chair quickly and called me for pick up. He also brought my chair out to the car for me. All around a very pleasant experience - it's so refreshing to go someplace and have such amazing service with a smile!! Thanks Matt!

Store was clean and we could find the item we were looking for. I was surprised that this store also had a selection of home goods like toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent.

All u see it's all there employees on there cellphone and also as soon a lady came in the store all they was talking about her body and it shouldn't be like that talking about the customer and I also saw and heard when one of the employees call another employee fat the guys should have more respect for the customer and also to there employees

The young man behind the counter was very helpful to me on the morning of April 22, 2019. I needed to print a document from my phone and I didnt know how to do it. He showed me step by step. He was very calm as there were at least 5 other people waiting. He was extremely professional and patient. Staples need to get more help as he was bombarded with customers. I tjink je made a great impression though on those customers behind me!
