Bought a fence from Lowe's contractor didn't install it to the spec and tried to sell me fence caps which were included. Called Lowes installation team, there response was find someone else to fix it we don't have anyone. Called the store they said sorry its a different department, cant do much.... So moral of the story don't buy anything from them that they have to install.

A combined over 8 hrs on hold and dealing with customer service, with one employee promising to call ma back and then never doing so; all to figure out why they haven’t fulfilled an order I placed 6 days ago that should have been available for pick up that day or at least the very next. I have tried every possible way to get in touch with Lowes trying to get this resolved only to have nothing done. I will never shop at this company again. The lack of customer service is appalling.

As a new homeowner, I have been in multiple times over the past couple of months. Every time I go, I seek out Dennis. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly listened to my needs and concerns. He goes above and beyond to help his customers and great service like this needs to be recognized! Thanks a lot Dennis! You’re the man!
