Cindy the campground manager would not allow us to end our lease early until I found black mold in the walls and requested a professional to come and test it. She was then fine with us moving out so she could move the next person in all while not fixing the black mold issue. I wouldn’t of even given this place 1 star but google made me, so I could get this information out there. Worst landlord ever!!! Black mold in pictures. She also robbed us of our $1000 deposit because a broke heater vent. Thanks cindy

Another one of them shady operations that ignores the fact some folks have speech disabilities preventing vocal communications. Try to find the cost online and all you come up with is a "call for price". Ignorance is becoming the norm in Iowa.

This is a great place to stay Nice little private lake Every campsite is just a few feet off the water Rates are excellent full hookup And only 6 miles from town

Decent campground with a friendly community of locals. Nice lake and swimming area. Showers and bathrooms we're ok. I don't know about Cindy but her husband, Don, was real friendly. The water says not drinkable but only because it is well water. Don told me it has been tested safe for baby formula. Overall good experience.
