You have to go to www.safelite.com or calk 1-800-SAFELITE for a quote. Different year vehicles have different features that result in different pricing and there's also often different glass options to chose from.
No, the resin is for structural repair of a windshield and isn't a cosmetic fix. It's to maintain the structural integrity of a windshield and would not only be visible on a phone screen but would hinder the touch capabilities. You can buy a replacement screen on eBay for fairly cheap and watch a YouTube tutorial to replace it yourself. I did it with my iPod and it cost me $13.
It can all depend on your insurance, but no matter what, they do excellent work!!!
