Small but well kept place for prayers

Its a small Masjid... for Jummah come in early to find spot in main hall. Very organized... wudu space available. Also separate entrance for female.

what time does the society have jumahi. I am new immigrant who leaves around but on few occassions that I tried visiting the mosque it is always locked.

Any Maajid and generally anything in this religion is and must be racial blind, yes it is sure racial diverse. I don't understand the 'gender" diverse part of your question, Islam has no mix between men and women, women stay in their side, children can go either side.
