My experience with Union house for the pass 6 months have be extraordinary! The staff provides world class service from the moment you enter the building. Upon entry you will be greeted by Nicole and Alex who will make you make at home instantly. The property manager is also an amazing young man who treats everyone with respect and will always make time to talk to you. Out of all the properties I’ve been to, union house has the best rooms and amenities. The atmosphere is clean and always sells amazing. Rickordo H

This apartment is very new, neat and safe! Pet friendly, staffs friendly, neighbors as well. :) Parking spot is private and spacious, public space + gym is luxurious and comfortable! The residential coordinator, Alex helped us a lot! Thank you! Before I moved in, I read other reviews, which mentioned about the noisy horning from the train. In my experience, it did not affect that much, it just like 10 seconds. I didn’t wake up at night because of the passing train or horning. The location is also very convenient to CVS, Walmart, Target, Whole Food, Trader Joe’s…etc. Highly recommend for living here.

Union House is a great condo. Nice floor layouts, amazing amenities, outstanding location and welcoming administration. Alex is very efficient and is always there to help us with any house matter! Union house is a no brainer if you are coming to Framingham to work in the area.

There are 20 units dedicated as affordable housing.
The apartments will range in a one bedroom starting at $1,850 and the maximum of a 3 bedroom $4,075.
The first set of move ins will be for the end of July. There is also a second phase coming available early September.
We have a 6 level attached parking structure. Your assigned parking space is covered and we have EV charging stations as well.
Our 3 bedroom 40B affordable units were are all leased from the lottery. We do have a waitlist which you can join with a completed waitlist application. I can't answer your question since I do not know how much your voucher is for. If you have any questions you can contact the property!
