The Plymouth facility was a good choice for my wife's rehabilitation. The nursing staff was kind and considerate. The administrative staff kept me informed via text message regarding the Covid-19 pandemic. They were very strict about keeping the building clean.

My husband been in isolation for 4 months now you are not doing anthing to help him with the virus. Been tested twice week ago and week before that no answer. Ask to talk to head nurse no call back. His nurse called me and said that the head nurse said it could take a wail to get answer😡come on. Called John no call back. I will be calling Department of Health tomarow.Even my brother thinks there something going on there!

The office is terrible never call you back. It's like they kidnap you! Playing games with insurances😠 tell you last day of medicare,then fill papers out for Mass health. Oh don't worry I know their going to get it,wail thousands of dollars bills come in. Then can't leave or you have to pay all the bills yourself 😈😈😈

This has got to the most disgusting and depressing place -- the floors are filthy -- the rooms are bleak and unclean -- the bedding is stained-- even the hallway carpet is dirty and the staff are completely unacceptable. Most of them are uneducated, lazy and without any regard to the elderly. Only a small handful of staff give their patients the quality of care they deserve. for the most part the staff treat them with disrespect and no thought to their comfort or their concerns. The only staff who are caring and conscientious are the rehabilitation people. Not to mention that the food is unaceptable and not fit to eat. I have visited someone in the Bridgewater facility as well and that place is lovely in every sense of the word. They get four stars!! Plymouth Life Care needs to be evaluated and reassessed by the powers that be. Plymouth Life Care is a disgrace.
