The office staff at Avalon Pinehills have to be the best staff around. We recently moved here and I’ve had to call the office three times with different questions. I have always received a response immediately! Robby is also wonderful to deal with and has never kept us waiting, He is very helpful in explaining what needs to be done or what has been done. Keep up the great work Robby, Ashley and all staff at the Pinehills!!

The apartments are spacious and beautiful! The leasing team goes above and beyond to make the contracting process seamless and easy for residents. Maintenance is always prompt and professional. I highly recommend making Avalon at The Pinehills your next home. You won't be disappointed!

My fob for my vehicle stopped working and I needed new batteries.Jason, who works with the maintenance team at Avalon offered to get me batteries,seeing how I couldn't drive and I would have to get a cab.He drove to the nearest store to get them.I think this is just INCREDIBLE service. Jason has fixed things in my apt and he is always so nice,very professional and very knowledgeable.Part of the reason I stay at Avalon is because if the maintenance staff.

We have been living at Avalon at The Pinehills for 3 months. Our first introduction to Avalon at The Pinehills was through Ashley in the leasing office and she was extremely helpful assisting us with finding the best unit for us at Avalon. We were looking for an apartment community that was safe, well maintained, provided responsive management and a friendly community with amenities. Once we moved in, Jason and Robby were very responsive to our service requests regarding minor issues that needed attention. Avalon is lucky to have such a committed staff that provides such a safe, well maintained, friendly community. We are most appreciative of Ashley, Bryanna, Lauren, Jason and Robby for making this an enjoyable experience! We recommend Avalon at The Pinehills to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
