If I heard right , once you have an apartment , you can request a change . You would have to write a letter on the reason why you want the change . Then it would have to be discussed and decided by the people in charge , plus their would have to have a cottage empty . You can ask when you come in to fill out the application

No they are not furnished. You may to ball them ash where u can get some. Also Salvation Army also gifts to give on wood st new bedford.Thats all I can think of for now
