I rarely write a negative review on Google but feel compelled after a poor experience at Bob’s Sea & Ski. My wife and I just moved to the area and I wanted to have some skis tuned for the season. My service inquiry was flatly denied with the remark that they were “too old” to be worked on. The skis and bindings are perhaps six years old so I was naturally incredulous. Furthermore, the abruptness of the denial was striking, with no additional information or explanation provided. I sought out a second opinion and had the skis tuned at a different ski shop in Bristol County. When visiting that business I asked “Are these too old to work on?” The intake tech stared at me blankly and politely said “Um, no…?” I picked up the skis within the span of a week and they’re perfectly fine. If you get a similar diagnosis from Bob’s Sea and Ski I suggest seeking out a second opinion. Two stars instead one one because they weren’t totally awful.

Went in for ski boots for our daughter. Walked out with two new ski packages. The skis and boots were exactly what we needed and made our skiing experience amazing! So glad we stopped there.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bob, Pam and his extremely experienced team for almost 3 decades YKES! I've ALWAYS found everyone to be professional and knowledgeable in every arena. Weather it be snow / h20 skiing, boarding, diving, you name it .... there is always a friendly face to send you in the right direction. Needless to say the selection is awesome! Quality stuff at a good price and most importantly an educated staff that cares!! :-) Thanks
