After over a decade of membership, I am saddened to have to write such a poor review. While the therapists themselves are great, management is poor. They book over scheduled appointments and you will often arrive to discover that your appointment slot was given away to someone else. A waste of time to drive all the way there, only to have them say they need to reschedule you. The manager is never available, and nothing is done to rectify their misstep. Currently, searching for an alternative company and massage membership to switch too.

Worst massage envy I’ve visited. They can’t keep a good therapist. All the good therapist leave so there has to be issues here. The ones that are always here are rude and have an elitist attitude. They need fresh NICE faces. Visit a different location and save your money.

I am posting this review unfortunately, due to exhaustion of communicating through the phone numerous times. I’ve been a member for over 10 years, many at this specific location. I have had over 13 hours accumulated “credits” because I keep paying monthly…automatically. But in 2020, my son passed away from Cancer in Sweden…I moved there. I kept paying for this monthly charge… I eventually called them to cancel. I was told I would lose my credits-that’s a lot of money to throw away. So I asked them to transfer them to my mother in another location. They said she has to pay a $20 transfer fee for each credit. This is a racket. I’ve asked the manager at this location to please email me to find a solution through the staff answering the phones each time I call. Albeit, they have been kind and have expressed sympathy and all 4 or 5 of them (yes I’ve called alot from a different time zone -9 hours ahead over many months…MONTHS) they have all stated that they would convey the message to the manager and I told them I have a Swedish number so best to email me. Now, I get emails from Massage Envy…all kinds of “specials” but not one response to my NUMEROUS INQUIRIES. This is absolutely where their “service” ends. You have my email on file along with notes supposedly. I used to talk about how awesome they were to my friends and family several years ago. I have stopped that.

DO NOT RECOMMEND getting the membership at all. Even though massages are great, the customer service is terrible. After a bad experience I had, I have been trying to contact anyone for several weeks to end my membership and still haven't been able to do so. I have called and sent multiple emails but they always say I need to speak to the manager (who is never there apparently). I already filled a membership cancellation form and sent a doctor's note, but still no response. I am afraid I will be charged another month when I haven't received any service for the last two months. Truly, the "good" massage is not worth the cost of all this mess. Find another place.
