SCAM...WASTE OF TIME!! They say $175 after everything you won't even cover the gas to get there...Was called yesterday for a focus group was on the phone for 30 minutes answering questions to see if I would qualify, she asked if she could call me right back after reviewing with her Manager to make sure I qualified, got a call back and spent another 15 minutes finishing up with details, and was told to come in today just to pick up a gift card to purchase products related to the study, and than would be coming in again in a week for the actual focus group. I scheduled when would be best for them for me to come in, and was told between the hours of 2-3 p.m. When I arrived after driving in an hour of traffic, which was fine with me considering I was going to be making $175 for the focus group, but instead when I arrived I was told they made a mistake and in fact someone was supposed to call me to let me know last night. Completely unprofessional, unorganized, and just plain rude of them, so instead they offer to mail me a check for $25 ..wow seriously do they realize the price of gas and driving in traffic there and back! So not worth it, 3 hours of my time for $25. Sadly this is not the first time the Beverly Hills location had pulled this, I would love an explanation of how she talked to her supervisor/manager to confirm and than called me back to say yes; than why all of a sudden after wasting my time did they decide I no longer qualify, but don't have the consideration to call me back and let me know. I'm going to be calling them on Monday to speak to someone who can rectify this situation, and if they are unable than I feel the need to take this further in warning others not to waste their time.
