How do you deliver a package to the wrong house. Not payong aytention. To busy on your phone. Personal phones that is. As far as post office itself thete just as bad they will NEVER ANSWER PHONE. I will pay ups. Fedex before I use them.

I ask them to purchase and label and print, they wouldn't???? They are the laziest group of postal workers in the state in Johnston. I hope this branch closes. I have problems EVERY SINGLE TIME. Based on everyone else's reviews, they do too.... time to clean house!

I’ve been there many times and it’s always a struggle if the tall Clerk is not there. (Believe his name is Jason) I had the unfortunate luck of going there on a day Jason was not working. The line was out the door the two female Clerks were visibly frustrated and made a point of letting everyone else know. The Clerk that waited on me has been there longer than I’ve been alive and is completely miserable, her name is Marie. She is extremely slow and has this overwhelming smell of ammonia to her (which is a urine smell). Someone needs to let this Clerk know about her hygiene because it was quite overwhelming even as I stood 6 feet from her. An unpleasant experience all around!

Although I use the main post office most of the time, this Johnston location is clean and efficient. It is small and almost always busy. But the service can't be beat.
