Has always been what I expected and I always recieve my packages on time. Didn't get a 5 because sometimes people who work there are unsure of themselves and others dont seem to go the extra mile but they still usually have an open mind and don't call you a liar for believing certain packaging or supplying or arrival details a certain way.
