Charged me $60 dollars and had my computer for 2 days to tell me nothing was wrong with it. My RAM wasn't pushed down all the way. Don't mind the wait, but to still charge the $60, when you didn't really do anything, is just kind of terrible. Especially from a small local business. This was about a year ago and I'm in need of tech assistance, but I won't be going here.
