I dont know how many times I have to complain about elevator #3 in the regency building shaking and getting stuck 2 different times in between floors. And for awhile the elevator will work then start shaking again. The panic attacks are too much making me not wanna use the elevators at all and im an a high floor so i need to use them

I am very grateful. This is a really nice place to live. I got a welcoming I never expected from the staff. They seemed just as happy to have me here, as I was to be here. 5 years later and they have always been so nice and helpful in everything they possibly can. Recently I needed the property manager's help. (Jack). Not only did he respond to me right away, he took time out of his busy schedule to meet with me, listen very well, and was more than willing to help. Above and beyond what I had expected. Maintenance is always busy keeping our apartments and common areas in great condition. They are friendly, respectful and respond to work orders right away. They offer a ton of extras, like the mobile market once a month, vaccines, booster shots and free covid tests. They're always giving away free goodies whether it's masks, holiday presents, hot meals, kids events. Game nights, coffee hours etc. And everything they do is done in a safe, clean way. Everyone that works here works very hard and works together to keep a beautiful and clean environment for us to live. We have it made here.

I’ve seen at lest 3 security guards vape and smoke weed on the property but if I do it it’s a problem
