If you ever have to talk to one of the employees, prepare for broken English, hard-to-understand accents, and to be treated inconsiderately! Every time employees have interacted with me (sometimes unsolicited), they've been awful!!! There's always something broken, whether it be a gate or an elevator. Overall not that well maintained. They do not take cards for the monthly pass – you have to pay cash or check, which is VERY annoying. For tickets they take cards but not American Express, which again is VERY annoying. It's a classic case of "you get what you pay for." Still beats paying the exorbitant prices to park elsewhere I guess.

Got in the garage at 5:20 in the the morning got back to my car at 2:05. Got charged $8 extra cause I took 20 minutes to leave the garage because of how slow they were. Cash grab.

Cheapest parking in the area by a long shot. I park from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM and it's only $18. Vs the insane $58 a day for the same time frame at a garage just up the street.

This place has affordable pricing, but it's cash only. Some of their parking spots are so narrow that people double park, and some spots are just unattainable. Do yourself a favor and just drive to floor 4 and 5 if you're headed here.
