Everytime I come here, I wait a long time for My food. It doesn't matter what I order, I'm still waiting 10+ minutes for a burger and fries. Thinking it was just a shortage of people, but looking in, I see 5 different people and 3 of them are just hanging out talking and goofing off while there's a line wrapped around the building.

Absolutely horrible!!!!!! Rude staff , can't get order right even though the wait is about 45 minutes ! Check your order before you leave the window because you can't get in the. Building and the wait at the drive thru os insane!! I really hope this isn't the same staff going to the new exit 15 location because they are terrible !

Good food and good customer service I had a problem with ordering food the computer crashed and the manager said there was nothing he could have done but we are a group of 10 so 8 of us already got our food and the computer crashed for the last two meals which were $4.00 and $5.00 the manager told us that we had to wait 30 minutes but the drive through was working fine he could have easily fulfilled but the computer came back on line and the manager gave us three free ice cream cups for free so that was nice and the kid that was working behind the counter Mateo was very friendly and helpful the only reason why I would even say anything was because it’s a vacation spot so we have 10 people for 5 days and if they didn’t give us the free ice cream we wouldn’t have gone there again because of the service but they did the right thing and they deserve 3 stars I would definitely recommend going there but threw the drive threw not going inside only because there’s no seating inside because of covid and they have the bathrooms closed which is lazy because they are not next to anything so they could have had them open but I will definitely go back again and update my review
