Worst Dennys experience ever! Waitress was so rude. When we asked for kids menus she rolled her eyes. We only had 2 set of silverware for 4 adults and 2 kiddos. Food was awful. When complained to manager about rude service nothing was done. Never go here..worst ever eating experience..

Food was amazing!!! My waitress amazing but hearing the other staff yelling*angel locked me in the freezer so he can find me later and hearing swearing an other random adult comments around my child was NOT ok!!

I get the Chicken Skillet sooo bomb! Good service here! As a LATINA I didn't feel uncomfortable I have to mention this as other customers who are prominently White have the tendency of staring one down in Saratoga. Doesn't bother me as long as they're not crossing any lines. Diversity is beautiful! ☺️

First, I only gave it a 1 star, because 0 was not an option!! Worst service ever! Waited over 10 minutes after we got seated, just to be "greeted" by a frumpy and rude server! Took an additional 10 minutes to get our beverages. Waited over 45 minutes for our food to arrive, and it was cold! My husband told the server and she walked away! The manager did nothing! So, we walked out and came to TGI Friday's...way better service, and food! Do not waste your time on Denny's ... it's a sheer disappointment to say the least!
