I see others have been charged $12.00 for the self serve spray wash when using their credit card because they "did not read the instructions" which state u must push the stop button. This set up is a foul ball since no other car wash uses this shady tactic. That will be my last wash from here.

I used the self wash bay and used my credit card. Instructions on the pay pad were not clear and I was charged $12 for what should have been a $4 charge. When I called the office I was transferred to Brain who was extremely rude and told me to stop using their facilities

I'll preface this by saying I know my car is quite dirty, but I paid for the $10 "ultimate" wash and you can't even tell I went through a car wash at all. …Karen, your car looks like it is covered in some extreme heavy dirt and requires a deep clean hand wash. Unfortunately, no automated touchless car wash will get that kind of dirt off your car. Happy to refund your wash if you contact our customer support line.
