I love this place. They save my 14 year old Kitty's life. Although it's very difficult to get an emergency appointment or same day appointment, They are the only veterinarian on the South shore that I trust I just wish that I could feel safe that I would be able to get any of my pets in if there was an emergency. I was so nervous that my 14 year old cat needed a surgery but they handled it so well and they took really good care of Her.

Excellent facility, plenty of parking. Everyone there is so nice and I was in and out within 15 minutes. I had a cat that needed a checkup and it was a breeze! The vet was personable and definitely helped my kitty feel at ease during the physical. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who loves their pets!

Eight years of wonderful service…..until recently. No complaints about the doctors or techs. They are pros. At my last visit for a yearly checkup for my eight year old dog, six people behind the front desk did not welcome us nor did they help manage the dogs in the waiting room. One guy had his puppy on a 20 foot leash and allowed him to wonder. My dog gets very anxious at the vet. So I kept him very very close to me as he shook uncontrollably. I had to ask other clients to keep their dog away from us. But for some reason, they would not. The staff should have realized this and stepped in. It got so bad I had to shout at a customer to get her dog from mine so my anxious dog would not bite their dog. All I was doing was trying to protect my dog and certainly the other dogs. I expressed my displeasure in person and in an email to the “owner”. That was three weeks ago. Today I got a certified mailing from them saying that they do not want me to bring my dog their anymore because my requests are unrealistic and that I should find another vet after eight years. So instead of them making their waiting room better, they ban me and my dog because they cannot accept their own wrong doing. Their own shortcomings and inability to see a customers concerns are less important than giving an innocent animal medical care. That’s pretty sick if you ask me. We really liked the doctors and techs. But we will find better ones somewhere else…….

Dr. Harvey was great with my cockatiel. Very grateful to South Coastal Animal Health for fitting in a same-day sick visit for a new patient. Practice is very clean and wait times were minimal--pricing is also very fair.
