They never picked up our couch we requested for disposal early July. We still have this couch sitting in our front yard after 45 days of calling twice a day for a whole month. We spoken to every employee that works at WM Cranston. Managers included and they still never came a picked up this couch. Countless promises that it would be picked up by the end of the day. We’ve written down names, flagged down trucks, we even broke the couch down so it would be lighter for the guys to pickup and dispose of. It’s now going on 60 days, 50+ calls, 21 no shows.

They were supposed to pick up a couch for me on Monday. They took my money. Couch was not picked up. Every day I contacted them and they kept saying they would come out. It is now Friday night and they still have not picked up the couch. Totally unprofessional. I will be demanding my money refunded. Please, whatever you do, call a different company for waste removal.

I would suggest you look around before doing business with this company as there are definitely ones less expensive that offer more like cans for your trash and recycles. If you want to have your bill fluctuating when gas prices do and want to pay administrative fees then go with this company. They really don't know what's going on as when I had an issue and called them they asked me "what truck services are you calling about" The whole time from beginning of contract I've had services through them pick up my trash and recycle altogether in one truck! I guess they just woke up or were getting fined from transfer station so they all of a sudden sent two trucks out of the blue one day! I wouldn't recommend WM for your trash/recycle removal services, but that's your choice if you're willing to take the chance with them, and don't expect to get a refund if you're not satisfied because they keep your money even if you cancel! No repayment on services not used with this company they keep your money, but don't serve you if you cancel, so they punish YOU the customers because YOU canceled them because YOU were dissatisfied with THEM! Nice customer service 👍 I guess that's the only way they can make money as their losing customers, but if we as customers stick together and make reviews, word of mouth, and contact BBB maybe WM will change their ways it's worth a try! I know Attorney General got involved with Phoenix Oil company and the company had to pay customers a % back because he was price gouging when issue with oil years ago! So these big CEO's that think they're doing good for the company or themselves might want to think again about their customers instead of just themselves as WE the customers MAKE your company!!

Hardly ever picks up trash from my apartment building, our bins are never not overflowing. It’s disgusting. Reported to Providence 311, was prompted to call WM directly- what a JOKE. The automated phone system does not allow for any calls to actually be placed. I’ve never seen a more frustrating breakdown of customer service, literally cannot perform basic functions of a business. The website is awful too, each page breaks down with a “maintenance” message from WM.
