The lady at the customer service was very helpful. Hanna at the Self checkout was alert with a great attitude keeping up with the busy demands of the customers.

As a customer I love the store and always find the stuff I need. BUT their is one small issue in the past 2 days I had to go to this store for delivery orders and is sad how other workers make fun of one of their own that has a disability. That is really inappropriate and rude. I have family members with different disabilities friends also and I had never disrespect them the way this 2 co workers did. Off course they did it behind his back but it does not give you the right instead they should of asked if there was anything they could do to help. Im really disappointed.

When they were the only game in town they didn't seek to improve the customer experience. Now that competition has come in they have made some good changes but it may be too late. This store could have been the highest grossing per sq foot in the country but they got lazy. Now the competition will win.

Cards aren't working today, but you don't find that out until all your groceries are rung up and bagged and you try to pay. No signs, and the rude woman at the self checkout gave no warning as she watched people go to registers to check themselves out. When my card didn't work, I was told to get cash or a check. Really? Try putting up signs or actually telling people! I'll be shopping at Market Basket from now on, so much better and their employees aren't so rude.

It is disrespectful to the blue collar union members to cross the picket line. They expect support from their community. Strictly traditional when you get into it.
