I have several matteproof Lincoln cents, dates ranging from 1909 to 1916. I have sent to PCGS about 4 months ago a 1916 matteproof a 1915 a 1913 and a 1910 along with several other non proof like a 1917 D a 1864 2 cent and a 2000 wide A M. And 2009 DDO with Lincoln formative years. I haven't received any of them back yet. So I called ICG about grading the rest of my matteproof Lincoln cents and I was told about 3 week waiting time, so I sent a few in we will see how it goes. All those 1909 matteproof pennies went somewhere and I think I found out where, only time will tell. My name is Doug Cheslik find me on Facebook if you are interested in my findings.

I have had almost near 100 of my own personal coins graded by ICG and while I have questioned a few grades when I got those coins back, I went over them again under a 10x mag to justify the "details" of the coin. they were 100 percent correct every time so I have no problems with my coin grades received. A lot of people complaining about no price guide, but if your a collector that knows the ins and outs (which you should know) of the business you don't need a guide. Get a blue book or a mega red. These guys do superb grading with a lot of submissions probably with a short staff due to the pandemic creating chaos.

My experience has been solid. I felt they were fair to slightly conservative. Statred using NCG and the grading experience met my expectations, but I've gotten better with my submissions. .

Are you wanting to cross an NGC coin into an ICG slab? Or are you wanting to have your NGC slab certified by CAC?

I have some 1944 penny’s and a 1902 penny are they worth anything?

Unfortunately we do not provide values for coins. We certify and authenticate coins. I recommend finding a local coin dealer to review your coins to help you determine value.
