I would rather sleep in grand central then sleep here another day. Terrible settings , horrible staff , you literally have to do everything yourself. The case managers don’t help you , but gossip about clients . The R.A they hiring all have records most fresh out out of jail . They are very inappropriate with clients trying to pay for sexual advantages. So many overdoses I seen I never seen in my life ! This building needs to be shut down . & Sara should be fired .

I didn't wanna really give no stars but I had to in order to comment I was there back in 2016 i wasn't there very long. I helped myself get my apartment I basically just slept, ate, and showered there that's it. I moved out February 2016 and I was so happy. The city really needs to look into and investigate that shelter based on these reviews and SHUT THAT PLACE DOWN. IF I HAD A CHOICE OF GRAND CENTRAL STATION AND NEW PROVIDENCE SHELTER ID PREFER TO SLEEP IN GRAND CENTRAL STATION.

Ive been here for 10 days havent even been abled to finish intake since Spuill literaly gave me a 10am appointment which I've been waiting since 9:30 and she didnt not show up till 10:30 left got breakfast didnt return till 11 ish then told me i missed my appiontment and would have to wait yet again because shes busy. Staff refuses to allow me to speak to Sarah the director of the facility. This place is the most dirty, unprofessional, corrupt facility to end up in. We're homeless not hopeless stop treating us like criminals in a pysch ward smh the staff is disgustingly rude

Death trap racist personnel. Grateful for a warm bedroom. I sustained massive damage to my body because I was not Gay! #humanrights #photography #news #socialjustice There are no civil rights under Stop and Frisk. Everything is wrong with the laws and what Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Stood for regarding Segregation and U.S. Black People.

Yes it is a female shelter for 21years old and older. So yes. Wheelchairs, Walker, and Cane. Handicap accessible.
There are a few women there who have pets like dogs and cats. However I think they're only allowed to have them there because that's apart of their therapy.
Yes
