This place doesn't mess up my orders and is decently fast. The drive through is backed up and slow often though. The tables are mostly not clean but it's an easy wipe. Staff is friendly and it's often very quiet! (Breakfast is my personal favorite haha.)

I’m not one to usually give fast food places a bad review because it’s fast food. BUT this is the third time we have came to the Hopewell location and received the wrong order. I don’t think the second lane at the drive thru was an improvement, if anything it has made it worse. They didn’t even have our order on the screen even though we paid and had a receipt and handed us the wrong food again. The girl told us just to keep the first bag and to pull to lane 1, we did. They gave us the order and it was still wrong so we had to go in and get the right items. I know times are hard right now but this isn’t the first time(and probably not the last) this will/has happen.

This place has 2 drive thru lanes so I picked the one on the right. I didn't realize it all fed into one lane after you order. Anyway, I ordered 2 big mac's, no pickle, extra sauce. She said 2 big mac's extra pickle? I said, no, 2 big mac's no pickle extra sauce. That was fine. I stopped at the first window to pay and she asked if I had the 2 big mac's and I said yes. I was excited because I thought maybe I would get them at that window. No, she got my change and said thank you, have a nice day. Very unenthusiastic. I went to the second window and the kid asked if I had the 2 big mac's and I said yes. He then closed the window and finally brought out my order to the window. He apologized for the wait. My husband said one of the sandwiches had pickles on it and one had cheese. I know they were busy but still....they could have done more to compensate for that.
