I went here a few years ago and they did nothing for me. And purposely made it so they billed separate from my insurance making it so I owe them over 2000. You wont be getting that HA. This is not the only time I have heard them do this, but they just attempted it again with a family member of mine. Watch what you say whether you needing the procedure or it being mandatory by your doctor. If it is A mandatory screening, and your insurance even says you should be fully covered, do not pay these people a dime. I cannot imagine how many people they bill improperly.

I have never felt more listened or respected in a doctors office. I saw Cindy Weiler, PA who listened to every concern, took my considerations into her recommendations, actually made eye contact with me, and took my condition seriously. I’m in my car after my appointment crying because I have never felt this respected as a patient. Cindy, you are an extraordinary provider. So grateful to be your patient.

I've seen Dr. Provost multiple times for digestive issues and colonoscopies. He has a terrific bedside manner, attentive, takes the time to reassure you and explain everything that is going on before and after procedures. I highly recommend him to anyone! He is a 5-star MD!!

Dr. Cornish was extremely rude upon me walking in, he literally yelled at me for being “late”. I had an appointment at 10:45 and arrived at 10:30, yet he said my appointment was at 10:30, and that I should’ve arrived at 10:15. I even apologized to him and he still berated me. He told me it was a pet-peeve for people to be late, when he himself was 10 minutes late. He lectured me, borderline yelling, how he hates people that are late. This went on for about 20 minutes of him nonstop bringing it up before I got fed up and left in tears. He even had the audacity to say I was “discharged from the practice.” I waited a month for this appointment only to be treated like garbage. I have never been treated so poorly by ANY person. This was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of him. I do not recommend going to this office at all, for the staff themselves even treated me like a nuisance.

Questions & Answers

After a 12:00 colonoscopy, what time would the patient need to be picked up?

It is normally about 2 hours from when the person is dropped off to when they need to be picked up. Of course is depends on the doctor and if they are running on time or a little bit late. Hope that helps!

Yes usually a liquid diet they day before n depending on your Dr they prescribe a laxative n a drink that you do half the night before and 3 or 4 hours before your appt you finish the drink. It should clear your system out pretty good. Good luck to you.
