Tried to get an appt for my son who needed his sports checkup. Our entire family has been going there for years. Thanks to Covid and my son not getting sick, he had not been there since 9/19 (for his last sports physical). Several months ago When an issue came up that was time sensitive (and our insurance requires a referral from a Dr), we called them for an appt. They could not get us in for over 2 months. Since we had no other choice, and the referral was needed asap, we took him to see his old pediatrician. Now LHC is refusing to make an appt, saying since we saw this other Dr, my son is no longer a patient a LHC and the other Dr is his primary, and we will need to see him. Over 45 min away, vs. 2 min to LHC. For a sports checkup. Absolutely unbelievable! Because THEY could not get him in, and it was a time sensitive issue that needed a referral asap, we are now being punished for having the audacity to see another provider. Also the person my son saw at LHC, left (like so many there; the turnover is incredible.) and he had not needed to be seen since. So be very careful with LHC. If you see another provider because they are too busy, you may find yourself unable to return. I see now, we should have abused the walk-in system rather than follow the rules, just to get in the door and get the referral. So now my entire family EXCEPT my son goes to LHC. I mean, how DARE we put my sons health needs first and get him medical care in a timely manner? I'm absolutely disgusted. Shame on you LHC.

There is not 1 single EDUCATED individual in this low class Family Health Center. The NP's are a joke they do not take patience concerns SERIOUSLY WHATSOEVER. When the day comes and I'm either in a; COMA, WHEELCHAIR, OR DEATH, my daughter will become a very rich person. If you are looking for reliable concerned educated personal this is not the place to go

Very poor communication among staff. The first time I went with 2 broken bones in my arm, and the doctor missed one! The next bad experience, Trish failed to diagnose me with asthma(which I have had since a child). I had to go back for another visit to get inhaler refilled. She apologized , and said she had written asthma diagnosis on chart, and had given me 8 refills. The next time I went to get refill, they said I needed to make an appointment AGAIN and Trish HAD NOT put asthma on my chart, as she said. Trish is supposedly on vacation. I do not have insurance, so hopefully I don't die next time I have an asthma attack. Staff does not care.

Absolutely greatest healthcare experience yet! The staff from beginning to end was so friendly and helpful. The receptionists were so kind, the nurse was so friendly and thorough, and the newest NP (Thu) was extremely caring, nice, and knowledgable. I am glad to have established care at LHC. I also have to say how impressed I am that my bloodwork was taken and completed with results available the first day! So Pleased!
