The clinic is **exceedingly** and absurdly difficult to deal with. The administrative/phone representative firewall between the patient and the doctors' offices is the problem. There are frequently long wait times on the phone (not always, but not infrequently, either) I have to leave multiple messages for the doctor's office/nurse to get any sort of response back, calling back four or five times on the same matter without any response unless I keep nagging. They are similarly slow to respond to pharmacies' requests for prescription renewal. It's all too much. I have nothing bad to say about the doctors themselves or their medical staff (their office staff is another story) and the medical care I've been provided, but the administrative barrier is tiring.

I love this place. I’ve been going here for 3 years. Only see the dr on annual visits otherwise I see her PA. I’ve never had trouble getting an appointment, normally I just call later in the afternoon and I think the longest I’ve waited is maybe 15 minutes. I’m actually always surprised how quick I get called back. I’m also not left in the patient room for long without seeing the MA and then PA. Used their urgent care system too and again the wait was not long but I did go after 12pm that time so possibly why. I know lots of people rush their phones and urgent care system early in the AM.

The support staff is not professional. Months ago I listened to a nurse berate a patient because they sat in wrong waiting area and didn't hear their name called. Yet there were no signs designating where to sit for which doctor. I was handed paperwork for another patient(name no where close to mine)that's a huge violation. My last visit I neglected to ask for a refill, so I did it through online portal.whoever called me back first question was "why didnt you ask while you were here?" What does that matter? I'm older, have more medical issues and I simply forgot. I like my doctor but my patience is at end with this place.

Complete ineptitude. Doctor appointment dropped from their system. 30+ minutes wait call center with no real ability to speak to dr. office. Calls not returned. Lab work goes missing. Referrals do not go through after 11 days. Multiple phone calls, multiple hours of wasted time to ensure referral goes through. Third world country service. Beyond frustrated.
