Was a little hesitant based on a few negative reviews, but I called in my order and it was ready exactly when they said it would be. The food as awesome! The burger and fries were perfect! It wasn’t a standard pattie, but had great texture and flavor. The fries were golden and still hot. It’s hard to find a good salad since Covid, but the Greek salad was fresh and delicious. I would highly recommend based on today’s experience.

VERY poor service!! We moved here from an area where restaurants are " customer service" competitive, knowing that can make a difference in return patronage!! The food at this Roma's is quite tasty but the overall service takes away from that! No refill checks, had to go to kitchen entrance just to get a cashier to take our $$. Not to mention that I honestly believe someone there intentionally tampered with the phone so no calls would go thru, tried for 1/2 hour to place an order & phone was constantly busy?!?! I guess we'll just go where we know our business is wanted from now on!
