Big shout-out to the Nursery and Labor & Delivery! I can't remember everyone's name that went above and beyond for me and my baby, but I'm so grateful for everything the nurses and staff provided to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Angela, Nikki, and Gillian are incredible nurses and definitely deserve 5 stars for their excellent care! This was my third delivery at this hospital, and was absolutely the most memorable thus far. Dr. Mullins is the best! Thank you Clinch Valley Medical for actually "caring" for your patients. <3

I went to the hospital and was diagnosed with a kidney stone ! I was in severe pain ( crying ) I was peeing nothing but Red. I was in the waiting room for a hour, then they took me back and the ER Doctor gave me Toradol !!! I was still in Tears at the Point !!! Finally Thank God For the Cat Scan Guy ! He noticed me and went to the doctor and told them that I needed pain Meds !! PLEASE GIVE PATIENTS THE CORRECT PAIN MEDICATION FOR KIDNEY STONES !! Also the nurse I had was very Rude to me and I was never checked on for 4 hours. That’s the Truth. Stay away from here if you have a kidney stone !! Here was my pee ! So they knew I had a problem first thing !!

I went after work to this ER to been seen for swelling on the top of my hand. The lady that checked me in acted as if she didn't have time for me. After taking my insurance info, she slid me some paperwork to sign and pretty much pulled it out of my hand before I was finished. Then the nurse took my blood pressure and didn't even have the cuff on properly. Neither one represented the CVMC in a professional way. If you don't like people, this isn't the job for you. I understand we are in pretty stressful days but being kind isn't that hard to do. On top of this, I waited for almost 2 hours and the lady in front of me had been waiting for 2-1/2 hours. Needless to say, I walked out. I don't suggest going here for anything..PERIOD!!!!

I don't know I have a family member there and he can't get them in there to help him. It sad. I know they are busy and short staff. But as much as they charge. A patient should not have to suffer. Good luck. I can't find out anything
