Disgusting. The bathroom was filthy, the trash was full everywhere at 3:30 in the afternoon. Everything was sticky. Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and there was no sauce so it was plain. Stopped on our drive home on a road trip and will actively avoid next time. Oh and die to the pandemic no refills apparently July 10 2022

Mcdonalds on cumberland falls highway is absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a 10 peice nugget and fry and when I started eating my nuggets there is a half eaten nuggets in my nuggets. Don't go to them

The service here is great except for that third shift manager. Was just there and I was told twice to order when I was ready and then was told to pull to the next widow 10 min later with an attitude and was told they could only make big macs, fries, tea, and chicken nuggets. I called to complain and turns out that the person that took my order and was hateful was the manager.

Just wanted to say the service here today was Super friendly and Fast!! Tiffany has a beautiful smile and was super welcoming. She announced our order so fast after I placed it on the mobile app, I didn't even think it could be mine Thanks for a fantastic dining experience.
