Teller seemed nice and told me to take a seat in the lobby. When the person who could help saw me they told me it would be 45 minutes. I could have used that information before wasting like 15 minutes just sitting in the lobby.

I went to this bank on May 5 to do the wire transfer.They asked me to provide two IDs. I went back home to get another ID. When I went back to the branch, they still told me that I couldn’t send money today. They were looking for reasons not to do the wire for me. They just wanted my money kept in there branch. Does this bank run out of money? Very dangerous! I went to another Chase Bank branch and they helped me do the wire very well. The manager of this branch is very bad. Such people should be permanently unemployed. Some people in this bank are scammers. If you want to be unhappy, go to this bank and make a deposit.
