I got hung up on a Sunwest Bank Representive, Cheyenne, after asking to speak to her supervisor. I called again at the same number, and was speaking to a representative in Ohio, who gave me Cheyenne first name but not her last name to make a complaint. Some representatives at Sunwest Bank are very unprofessional and rude, especially in these difficult times. ZERO STARS.
