Sand Canyon Urgent Care

This clinic was awesome, and I don’t think I’ve ever said that about an urgent care. We are visiting from Arizona and my 1 year old daughter got COVID from her great aunt - the elderly be wildin these days. I got worried because she was really irritable and had a fever even with Tylenol. We got into a room after waiting for awhile, but it was worth the wait. Can’t comment on the other doctors, but Dr. Ryu (I think that was his name) was just fabulous. He was kind, super knowledgeable about Covid and answered all my crazy mom questions. Fast forward 2 days- my daughter is back after some congestion. Thank you Sand Canyon!

It was a pretty smooth experience as a walk-in. The wait just depended on how many were in front of me. They take online reservations but I haven't tried that. The staff are very friendly and efficient and go over insurance questions. The PA, Shannon, was also great.

Everything was super easy and convenient. I went there for an employment drug screening only 1 mile from my home. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. David was awesome as the one who administered the screening. Very friendly and personable. Great work and would definitely recommend to anybody! Thank you, Steve

Super rude staff. I came in with my mom who broke her hand, she had to go to this office because it was a work related incident. I asked for a rough estimate and she blatantly ignored me. When I asked again she snapped at me and said she told me 30/40 minutes. My mom asked if that was the 30/40 minutes she said when we walked in or since we have been sitting down for 20 minutes. I said I asked because my mom was crying clearly in a large amount of pain. Someone else came over and better explained how long the wait would be and that it was an estimate which I appreciated over the non customer service tone. I also was reading through there reviews at the time about how so many people had issues with wait times. I explained I didn't care if it was a long wait time but we would simply go somewhere else if that was the case because of the amount of pain she was in. I would say more of a whenever we get to it care than an urgent care(: Saw a dude who waited 45 minutes to do a drug test. He was just as upset as I was. Especially in a situation like this where my moms health should have been the most important cause for concern, it's definitely upsetting.
