Pretty friendly service in the past but tonight I rushed to my appointment after I had someone to take over in watching my baby for me and I arrived in the place just as it hit 6 minutes past my scheduled time. The woman told me she wouldn’t take me because they had a 5 minute late policy… this was very disappointing as I only needed a simple TB shot. It’s tough trying to navigate with a little one, figured express care would make it a little easier on me. Pretty bummed…

Not a super practical design to have no way to contact the clinic. The pharmacy never received my prescription and you can only call the 1-800 call center and a representative “sends the provider a message” that they are supposed to answer in between patients. I had a bacterial infection in my eye that was eating away at my cornea and it took seven hours for the pharmacy to receive the prescription. I can only imagine that for other patients with urgent care needs it is imperative to get meds on board as soon as possible. After speaking to 3 representatives over that 7 hour period, I demanded the last rep let me speak to a manager. Instead she said she would call the clinic herself while I held and confirmed the fax was sent. Once she got back on the line it took 25 minutes before the prescription was filled and in my hands. A quick 3 minute conversation could have saved me a lot of pain.

Went in to get seen, the doctor came in didn't even try to make a sure she was making a real judgment call on me. Literally took her 5 minutes and she wrote me off. She doesn't deserve to be called a MD. I've told her about the symptoms i was having all the things I've already been doing. But nooooooo just because they have a MD they think they're really know more of your symptoms than you.... sike,i can't call to report her,nor can i was there anyone in there to actually help me she wront me off in 5 minutes didn't send my culture out or nothing. An now people wonder why they hate going to the doctors they don't help you like they are supposed to all theu are woreied about is collecting a check especially HERE!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! WHERE CAN I FILE A COMPLAINT

I had excellent service at Providence ExpressCare - Tikahtnu. Front desk staff were training at the time, so there was an understandable amount of time waiting while someone was getting trained. We've all been there! Pennie is awesome! She is straightforward, honest, and explains what she's doing and why she's doing it in great detail. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great physician.
