Ross Dress for Less

It's just like any regular Ross, however my last visit there there was a lady security guard that made the experience a lot better. I have limited mobility and had purchased a bunch of things, like always I would have figured it but she saw me and offered to help, she had me pull my car to the front of the store and helped me carry things out. I was so greatly to because that day I was in severe pain and doing multiple trips to the car would have made it worse but thanks to her I was quick and smooth. I don't know her name but I appreciate her for doing that!!!

Well stocked. Friendly SPS employee at the entrance/exit. Nice cashier. The tall African American lady wearing eyeglasses on register at the front is not so Friendly. She smirked when my card declined. But when I allowed the charge via the fraud text alert and the transaction went through, she rolled her eyes. Lol!! Without customers, stores close down. FIX YOUR ATTITUDE!

Store is well stocked but not well staffed. Even the few people who are working are not customer focused, one lady stands at the entrance doing nothing while the register line is winding around the store.

Visited this Ross store. This location had everything. No empty racks like other stores. Very many selections of clothing such as dress shirts, socks, graphic tees, and pants. I didn’t find the associates to be very friendly as I ran into some through the store and none of them spoke. This store was also very clean!
