Candi was my service advisor and she was very communicative throughout the entire process. I appreciate that I never had to call to get an update on my truck! The service department was able to fix something that has been very puzzling to several other Ford dealerships that I've taken my truck to. It's been an intermittent problem for over two years and I finally found a service department that took the time to figure it out. Definitely recommend this service department!

HI Mr. Smith, I asked our shop Foreman about the indicator light. He said if DEF fluid is added but not topped off the sensor and indicator sometime do not sync up. He suggested that the system be topped off with DEF fluid and that should reset the indicator light. If any problems we'll be glad to take a look at it. Thanks

I don't work there, but if you take to them or another Ford dealership, or call them, then I betcha that they can help you.
You can get it there but it's gonna be expensive another place you can get it is at Locksmiths in Tyler they are off Front st. I got a remote control key with a chip and they programmed it for me they also gave me a spare key to unlock the doors
