Worst Customer Experience EVER. Will NEVER buy anything from this company again. Worst Return/Exchange Policy. Purchased several items in New York City store a couple of weeks ago. Two of the items are AIRism Shirts. One was still in the original packaging and not even worn as the size was wrong. The other was not in its Paper packaging as I tried it on but did not like the fit. Was in the Orlando/Disney Springs Store today and all i wanted was a credit ($32.08), not even a refund as I was Ready to purchase MORE than I was asking for in store credit. Cashier could not do anything and then the Supervisor says they can't do anything because it was not purchased at THEIR Location... She says it's on the receipt, so I read this archaic policy. It says you can only get a full refund if it's only returned to the ORIGINAL LOCATION. I could only get an exchange for the same product but in a different size or color. I did not want the same shirts but a different product. I am just flabbergasted that in todays era a return for a refund can only be done at the original store and exchanges can only be for the same item. READ the return Policy people!!! Congrats. Over $32.80 you lost a customer for life !!

Manager at the Florida Mall location in Orlando refused to exchanged a t-shirt bought 24 hours before for no reason. All was asking for was to exchange for a bigger size and Manager kevin refused the exchange, by the way he also refused to provide me with his name . I got his name from a security guard at the mall. Bad service. Please don’t support business from overseas if they don’t want to follow USA good retail practices.
