So because I received a red card while I yelled get away from me the ref decided to give me a red card and now I am banned? There was plenty of witnesses and reports but this organization can not move on from what happened more then 6 months to 2 years ago but everyone else had a clean start every year

needs better referee's that actually know the sport and are educated on the rules of the game. Alot of people get hurt at the facility due to lack of knowledge from a few bad refs

Some of the staff are hard working and professional. But their efforts are completely overshadowed by the behavior of a number of employees who are exceptionally unprofessional with adult customers and their children. My most recent terrible experience was while watching my son and his friends play in the arcade area in the lobby, when an employee started screaming at them from across the lobby for reasons that were altogether unclear. It was frightening and confusing for the kids. After some investigation I found out that it was a coach for an older Alleycats soccer team named Tom. He was hanging out with other Afrim's employees and my best guess as to an explanation to his behavior is that maybe they had been drinking and the kids were annoying them. But intoxicated or sober that kind of behavior, when you are an employee of a facility that is used mostly by children, is completely unnacceptable.
