Had the worst experience ever. I sent an urgent document on Saturday before 10 AM, and I was promised delivery Monday Morning before 8 AM. However, it was not there by 10 AM Monday, when I called and found out that it was still sitting at the Fedex office where I dropped off the document! And The staff said there was nothing they can do to the situation. Outrageous! Unacceptable business practice! The staff in that office is not helpful either. This was not the first time had bad experience with Fedex, had prior late delivery several times. Overall, I believe Fedex is among the worst delivery companies out there.

How this place has gone down hill. Went there to have a few copies made. A bearded middle aged man stood behind the print & copy counter talking with a fedex driver while I waited to be acknowledged. When I saw that this guy just wasn’t interested in helping a customer I turn to the guy on the shipping counter to ask for help. But as soon as I got to the counter he left to go in the back and didn’t come out. FedEx Kinko you would be better off closing the location and just start doing online business, obviously this behavior is a reflection of the entire organizational culture.

I ship here often. 2 or 3 weeks ago I brought in a package with a In general I have had a good experience. Recently, however, an emloyee gave me incorrect info. about a Fed Ex smart post label. He told me I could drop the package off at either Fed Ex or USPS. I took his advice, and the next time dropped the package at USPS and it is in the wind. I am out a lot of money now. I went in and asked a second employee about these labels and he didn't know what they are. If you are going to offer a service, educate your employees about them.

You can. If its perishable fedex doesnt have temperature control and cant promise it wont spoil so use ice packs not dry ice.
