This is my home away from home. I am at peace when I enter in and the people are my family.

A wonderful place to partake the sacrament on Sunday so you keep remembering Jesus all the week long.

A fantastic place to learn more about Jesus and feel peace amid turmoil and confusion. The members are very welcoming. Classes available for adults, youth, and children.

Located just off Starkey on 109th Ave., just behind the Palms Rehab. Center. The church cannot be easily seen from Starkey Rd. as it is hidden in trees. It is in a large one story building with ample parking on Sundays. Three congregations meet here at different times on Sunday. We attend the 10 o'clock session known as Seminole 1st ward. Folks are extremely warm and friendly, ready to help wherever needed. Sacrament is held every Sunday. There is no paid ministry but tithes are paid privately to the church. Church is very family centered. Church leaders call members to leadership positions for periods of time. They do not have preaching as other churches but they invite different members to give short talks on needed subjects. Visitors are always welcomed warmly and no pressure is ever applied to non-members. Love is welcomed here.

The Church meeting always starts with a welcome and announcements from one of the lay leaders. Next, an opening song by the congregation and prayer offered by one of the members is followed by another hymn while the communion in remembrance of Jesus Christ is prepared and distributed to those who desire to receive it. Then, one or two of the members of the congregation (including youth and children) give talks--sometimes a musical number is performed by a member of the congregation or choir. The lay leader gives some brief concluding words followed by a closing song and prayer. On just the first Sunday of each month the members of the Church fast for the poor and needy. Instead of speakers a few members of the congregation choose to share their feelings with the others about Jesus Christ and how grateful they are for him.
