Lara is a professional and well informed realtor!! We have worked with Lara on both buying (2 years ago) and selling (04/2022) our home. Her expertise as both a buyer and seller agent is invaluable. We highly recommend Lara.

Lara, was the most professional and informative realtor I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Lara took the time to get to understand what I was looking for and was very timely in responding to all my requests with knowledge and expertise. Lara knows the Tampa and surrounding areas, which was super awesome. She is a rock star. I don't ever leave reviews, however, I felt it necessary to give a shout out to Lara. I would highly recommend Lara in all your realtor needs.

Lara was wonderful and made my first-time home buying experience a breeze. She really listened to everything I was looking for and helped me find the perfect house for me, even in this crazy market. She has also been super helpful explaining all the new things I needed to know when it comes to buying a first home.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Lara from her beyond impressive knowledge of real estate and the market to friendliness and responsiveness Lara and her agency are amazing. In today's market you need someone who knows what they are doing and Lara knows through experience and her impressive record of successful sales and buys. It's so much more than just offering a number to buy a house these days with the housing shortage and appraisal gaps you need knowledge. Lara was not the first realtor I've used, but she will be the last, trust me when I say that the right realtor is so important into todays world or you will miss out on your dream home or be put in a situation if you're selling that you don't get everything you need from the sale again beyond just a price tag. Lara also has so many connections in real estate due to her extensive experience that she makes the tedious and scary house buying process not tedious or scary at all. This process has been a great experience and I cannot believe I did not use Lara sooner! What a great experience when I know so many others do not have such positive outcomes. Thank you Lara for everything you've done and continue to do, I look forward to always working with you!

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.

If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
