Not a $60+ per night RV campground! Pros: Denise was very friendly and returned our calls. Concrete pad at the site for tables and chairs. Large rec room w/ pool table and TV. Good location for UCF and I-95. Cons: Showers were small and water pressure non existent when laundry was being used. Dog park not well kept up. Gravel/dirt roads. Disgusting / smelling dumpsters. Poor Wifi. Lot of mosquitos and ants.

This RV park is a rip off they take your money and won't fix the problems with the camper. The first time you are late the owner treat you badly and screams at you. Even if you had to fix your vehicle to get to work. Don't rent there they throw everyone out even if you own your own trailer my friend and I went through this and l. Could not even have time enough to pick up my mail and lost all the things that were in replaceable like photos of my kids growing up and all the things I held most dear

In 2021 we stayed for two months and decided we liked it so much that we would stay longer next year. We are here now Jan.-April. If you like quiet you will like it here.our site is large, most sites have adequate space between them. Lots of beautiful palms and trees everywhere.There’re is activities every day from Pot Lucks, Bingo/ice cream social. A bike club, walking club and exercise classes. The pool is always very clean and so are the bathhouses. Shopping is not far and you can get anything you want basically. Lots of restaurants nearby. Disney is about an hour away. You can reach Canaveral Natnl Seashore beaches in 30 minutes or New Smyrna beach or Melbourne Beach about 40 min. Away. We will be coming back here every year because we are snowbirds now !

First time here. We've been in the park for a week now. This is a wonderful community of campers, many activities and well attended by the campers. Management is constantly working on the park, attentive and supportive. They live here as well. We're here until April. Great place!
