Just wrapping up a wonderful 2 weeks here. Great hosts, large sites and no kids! Can't wait to come back. I'd like to address a couple of the things I saw in other reviews: 1) they have a good reason for not allowing you to put stakes in the ground - the soil sits on a shale bed and is very shallow, therefore it would be easy to drive a stake into a power line or a sewer line; that would be unpleasant for all (they will give you concrete blocks to weigh down your canopy). 2) they don't allow mats on the ground because it would kill the grass, and the grass is wonderful - you don't need a mat. I've been barefoot the entire time. Thanks, Emma and JC. Well see you again.

This is a beautiful, quiet, emaculate campground. Every campsite is within a short walking distance to Lake Champlain. We enjoyed the peaceful tranquility of this campground and watching the beautiful sunsets on the lake. There is great hiking just 20 minutes from here, or if you're looking for something more challenging, Smuggler's Notch offers a variety of hikes just about 45 min away.

Absolutely incredible campground. We can't say enough great things about it. The views of the lake and the Adirondack Mtns on the other side of the water are beautiful. Very clean and peaceful campground with spacious sites. Lots of green grass and trees throughout. The owners are amazing, friendly and accommodating. We would highly recommend this campground and plan to come back again.

It's a regular camping site. Don't take it wrong because it has the word "Adult". They just don't accept young children. Very quite and relaxed place. Not for partying campers.
