Two words come to mind to describe 2 of the employees in this office. Incompetent and apathetic. Ms. Gonzales has never returned my 4 calls despite a potential denial of my application for Medicare by a date certain, and yet she supposedly is the only one who can complete it. Mr. Marshall’s apathy to me and to his lack of work ethic was apparent from the moment he began speaking to me, having an attitude of being put off by my questions. He was not forthcoming with information and was not helpful. He was there to do only the bare minimum. Half of these people are still using Covid as an excuse to work at home. Lack of work ethic is apparent here and as a taxpayer, it’s infuriating to see yet another form of waste, fraud and abuse.

Was able to make an appointment (after they were closed for 2 years due to COVID) and was assisted by a super friendly lady! Also the security guard was great. Experienced good service :)

4/18/22 arrived just after noon on Monday with NO appointment. The security guard was very friendly and helpful. Sign in and got taken care in less than 1 hiur.

This is the a perfect example of the make believe horribly run gov system we have. We have zero help from social services for social security documentation. What kind of country is this we live in. Feels like 3rd world. how can a SS office be close for over 2 years now.

They are not doing walk-ins at all. The are doing appts to visit but it has to be super important. I had to make an appt to drop off paperwork in the Dropbox

As far as I know, appointments can be made through phone. I think they do not take walk in. But the office is partially open to continue work with SSN. Most of the work is currently done remotely. Thanks!
