It's unbelievable that TGH valet department has no concern for the community or public safety! My registered firearm was stolen from my console after a valet employee parked my car. I reported the theft to management and TPD. After explaining various times that my firearm was in the vehicle when I pulled up for service I was rudely asked "was my car locked" How the heck would I know if the valet attended locked the door or not!!! I do know that my firearm was in the car!!!! Neither TGH valet or TPD acknowledged my concern, investigate the theft, or appear to be concerned of the safety of the patrons or the community. This is very upsetting and unprofessional. A valet employee basically said that there is no cameras in the garage and employee thefts are known to occur in that area. My weapon can be replaced my concern is that there will be another firearm on the streets and none is concerned except me. TGH should really hire employees with integrity! Management should be required to take additional training classes as well!!!! It's sad that you can't visit a sick family member without worrying that valet employees are/will rob you blind!!!!

If i could give 717Parking a negative 5star rating, the people are rude, don't even try to empathize with the customer problem, they charge 15 days in advance if you are not using the parking lot next month they don't care they still going to charge you and use your money, even if you NOT USING the parking lot next month they will still charge no matter what. I try to work with them but they didn't care not a bit. So i honestly still using them just because i don't know if there are other parking companies near my job. LIERS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, they take money without telling you, and they have the nerve to say that it says very bold when you are signing up that we charge in advance on the 15 LIEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS. anyways do your research before signing up with this trash of company.

After reading all these negative reviews I thought it would be fair to provide a positive experience. I used one of their parking lots in downtown Tampa last week. The location is very convenient to 2 local business I visited. There was a malfunction at the kiosk and one of my license plate characters did not register. I paid for the spot and received two citations. One for improper plate and another for the parking fee for the spot ($55 total). I emailed the support address on the citation and explained the situation and provided proof of payment. 717 promptly voided the citations.
