Staff is rude and degrading!! They act as if they're mad they have a career instead of receiving assistance!! Front desk staff is not helpful at all and walks around with their nose turned up also everytime I have come they are talking about job seekers how they smell or their appearance well Im sorry everyone isnt as perfect as you are they are so unprofessional😤

very nice staff. I thought that this was an unemployment center . they explained to me that there is only one unemployment office and that is in tallahassee. they are strictly a reemployment assistance office. you go there for resources you might need to find a job

I probably could but you would be better served by someone that works at CareerSource since they are trained for that and hold workshops with that focus. The next one at the Brandon office will be tomorrow at 2 p.m. I believe you can schedule an appointment if you need more individualized help.
