Worst post office ever. Lost my package and then i cant even talk to any one bc they wont let you speak to a representative when you call the number. How tf they lost a package between the post office andy house 2 blocks away we'll never know

I am having the same problem as Anthony B. I have the Informed Delivery application which show the mail that is arriving. Yet there are pieces of mail that I have never received. I also had friends who said they had cards which were correctly addressed to us returned to them. I too have spent hours on many days trying to reach someone at the PO. All I get is a recorded message that they are transferring me to a representative. No representative has ever answered the phone. Where is my mail? Why is my mail being returned to the sender?

If I could give zero stars I would. I called the office probably 30 times with no answer. I drove to the office and called from outside, walked in, not one customer was at the counter and the clerk was practically leaning on the ringing phone scrolling through her cell phone. I asked for a supervisor who of course wasn't available and when I asked does anyone answer the phone? she tells me, "I'm not allowed to answer the phone" are you serious?! My complaint is that multiple letters and cards being delivered opened. I have the informed delivery app showing what mail is being delivered and my mail is missing, including Christmas cards, no wonder the Postal Service is in trouble.

Very frequently my expected mail never comes or it is misplaced to different neighbors. The worst thing happen today while my ANNUAL Tax documents that were clearly labeled "Important TAX Document" were delivered to my neighbors. Luckily our neighbor brought it to us! Unbelievable, especially these very sensitive tax documentations with all my personal information's to be send to wrong address! Does anyone now is there any way to complain and do something because this is more than too much!
