Decent equipment, pool, not crowded and a friendly staff. I do question why there are no abdominal machines.

Dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the floors lockers and restrooms. You can find the same junk on the floors, papers crunched up week after week so you know there is sloppy cleaning at best. They said there were going to be excercise classes and that never happened. It’s a revolving door with staff

Being an all time member of the cohoes community I know this place very well. As a child this was cohoes community center, camp row was so memorable and the amount of fun we had here is unbelievable. New owner ship needs a little help definitely the place is much quieter now (good for the members bad for business) please start offering more activities here for the YOUTH this is where the money will start coming in! The weight room is peaceful and accommodating. Gateway has potential

I have no idea why they close on Sunday they used to be open 7 days a week I wish when I was going there when they first opened up that's where I started building my body up I've been a bodybuilding out for 45 years and still going strong Michael J McKinley senior have a good day
I really don't know but I do believe that they are open I have never seen him close for any reason unless it's the holiday but they should be open no matter what as far as I know I don't live in Cohoes anymore I live I live in Slingerlands New York that's about 10 miles away from where I'm at I haven't been to that gym in over 40 years on the gym taking after your question but I do believe it they are open take care have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year Michael J McKinley senior have a good day
